Work stuff again

Today I found out the guy that tried to steal liquor and pulled a screw driver on me when we tried to stop him well he is out and about again stealing from our stores!

To me this is a major fail on the part of our judicial system not doing their part in getting and keeping repeat offenders off the street! This guy pulled a screw driver out for God sakes, I had no idea what this man was going to do much less capable of doing! Then I find out they just let him back out on the street to do the samething that he got arrested for again! Talk about a waste of my tax payers dollars!

I am positive that the cost of running him through the court system has got to be cheaper by just keeping him locked up! So what happens to the guy that goes to stop him and he does just a little bit more than just pull it out and whow that he has a weapon? What will it take to keep this fool locked up?
